Foda, foda e foda!!! Não tem outra forma de definir o som dos caras. Banda americana bastante influente nos anos 90's, onde muitas das demais, com certeza beberam diretamente daqui. Com inegáveis influências "sabbathescas", tanto no timbre de seus instumentos como no da voz do vocalista e líder da banda "Page Hamilton", o Helmet executa excelentes composições de forma matemática e original, com bases de guitarra tão pesadas que mais parecem bigornas arremessadas ao ouvido. Não há como ficar inerte ao ouvir petárdos como "Iron Head", "Unsung", "Rude" e muitas outras!!!
