Houston- Deadlywind LLC announced today that a new carbon fiber barrel product will be released within the next week. The new barrel is named the "Null" and is a mid-range product priced below $60 USD MSRP.

"We are excited to extend our brand into the mid-range market with the new Null barrel line." said Brady Moritz, VP Marketing. "The Null uses the same proven carbon fiber from our Fibur barrel product, so it is strong, light, and swab-safe. We believe the Null is the best value in paintball barrels available anywhere."

The company will be presenting the new barrel at the 2010 PSP World Cup (Oct. 20 - 24).

Deadlywind touts that the barrel has high-end features despite being priced as a mid-range product. The company claims an average of 50 grams weight for a 14" barrel, and that this makes it the lightest barrel available anywhere. The barrel is also 100% Made in the USA. "We decided early on to make our new barrel American made, and succeeded in this goal. We are proud to be able to offer a reasonably priced paintball product that helps create America jobs." said Moritz.

The Null is a ready-to-shoot straight bore 0.688 barrel and will initially be available in 12" and 14" lengths in Autococker threads, with more threads and lengths to be made available shortly after initial release.

Request the Null at your local pro shop, field, or dealer. The barrel will also available online direct from the manufacturer via www.deadlywind.com .
